6.1 Ticket Issuance (E-Ticket)
After successful payment confirmation, an E-Ticket will be sent to the customer’s email within 24 hours or sooner, depending on the type of service.
Customers can check booking status through their account dashboard (menu “My Tickets”).
6.2 Ticket Usage Terms
- E-Tickets are personal and non-transferable.
- Each E-Ticket can be used only once on the specified date and time.
- Customers must present the E-Ticket with a valid ID card or passport at the service point.
- Expired tickets cannot be reused or refunded.
6.3 Booking Modifications
Customers are allowed one-time changes to the booking date or time free of charge if requested 3–7 days before the service date, depending on the terms set by the service provider.
For additional modifications, the fee will depend on the policy of the respective provider. The Company will coordinate and inform customers of any applicable charges before processing changes.
6.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy
The cancellation and refund policy varies depending on each service provider. The Company shall not be held liable in cases where refunds cannot be processed due to the provider’s restrictions.
Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the service date through the Company’s official LINE account: @inspiretravel.
The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds in the following cases:
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the service date.
- Customer no-shows.
- If the booking date has been changed and the customer cannot attend on the new date.
- Tickets or services explicitly marked as Non-refundable.
However, the Company will issue a full refund in cases such as:
- Service provider closures.
- Government mandates or restrictions.
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, severe accidents).
7. Pricing and Additional Charges
All prices displayed on the Website are in Thai Baht and inclusive of VAT.
No additional fees will be charged unless payment is made via foreign credit cards, where extra bank charges or exchange rate fees may apply.
8. Intellectual Property
